R. typhi OMP | 31 clones reactive to rOmpB of R.typhi. Clones range from low-level to negligable reactivity to R. prowazekii. |
This collection used extracted outer-membrane proteins from Rickettsia conorii (Moroccan) as immunogen. The reactivities are mainly to related SFG species, although some closely related species (even conorii subspecies) are missing the appropriate epitope.

SFG RICKETTSIA MONOCLONALS
This collection used s-layer proteins (OmpA and OmpB) from Rickettsia akari (Kaplan) as immunogen. The reactivities are mainly to closely related SFG species, hence, very different than the clones raised against R. conorii conorii.

This collection used extracted rOmpB (protein) from Rickettsia typhi (Wilmington) as immunogen. The reactivities are mainly quite specific for R. typhi, with low-level to negligable reactivity to R. prowazekii.
