This collection used s-layer (OmpA and OmpB) proteins from Rickettsia conorii conorii (Moroccan) as immunogen. The reactivities are mainly to closely related SFG species, although some closely related species (even conorii subspecies) are missing the appropriate epitope.

PAN-SFG RICKETTSIA MONOCLONAL
This clone was prepared with full s-layer, including the lipopolysaccharide (LPS). It reacts with the spotted fever group-specific LPS and is currently available for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and other uses where a widely-reactive mouse monoclonal produces clean staining.
