Francisella
Francisella tularensis, the etiologic agent of tularemia, is a facultative intracellular zoonotic pathogen. The antibody response to infections is directed against both lipopolysaccharide and outer-membrane protein antigens, and can be detected with tube agglutination, ELISA and MIF methods. Our MIF slides contain the Brucella abortus antigen as an internal control for detecting crossreactivity.
